It was very easy talking through our problem with the doctor and getting a prescription to help. The only downside was having to wait a few days to get an appointment, which is only due to the impact of the Coronavirus (as was mentioned on their website).

I was trying to tell dr what was wrong and he kept interrupting me. And other than not being able to get me anything to relieve the pain I am in because they can’t prescribe them, my call in wasn’t helpful.

MDLIVE worked very well for me! I had a little trouble connecting but that was my error! I’m not tech savvy! I was able to have my 3 month check up with Dr. Hargreave! With the COVID-19 problem I didn’t feel comfortable going into the office!

Very pleased with the experience. Dr. was able to diagnose my symptoms and order a suggested course of action. The only negative I would mention is the quality of the phone call. I believe we were both on cellular phones which made for a spotty conversation at times.

Would’ve given them a 5, but their transmission of my prescription failed, and they were not aware until I called. I had to call them twice to convince them it hadn’t gone through so it was the next afternoon before I got my antibiotic called in. However, customer service was very nice and had a nurse look into it to fix the issue.
