The doctor I spoke with listened well and asked specific questions to determine the best course of treatment. It was midnight and he was attentive, patient and sympathetic. I would recommend this service to anyone!

MDLIVE is a lifesaver for little issues when it doesn’t make sense to go to the doctor in person. Especially with COVID-19, I’m trying to avoid going to the doctor’s office in person!

The customer service was good. The doctor visit was ok, but my problem or concern is that when a doctor is done with you, he or she should complete with visit and or the file with putting all prescriptions before closing the file. The doctor I spoke with told me she was going to prescribe me a prescription 4 hours later I had to call customer service and find out what happen to my prescription. Come to find out she closed my file and didn't order and didn't log that she had prescribed me a medication. The customer service rep sent a message to the nurses and they reached out to the doctor and then she sent my prescription to the pharmacy.
