First Time User
Once I filled in the on-line documents and asked for an on-line appointment, a doctor called me within 5 minutes. He asked several questions and determined the medication that I needed. He also confirmed with the pharmacy that the medication was in stock. This was my first time using MDLive - I will definitely use it again when needed.

Very quick and painless delivery
Very quick response. Was able to speak with a doctor within just a few minutes. And able to upload photos prior to the video visit. He took time with me and submitted prescriptions that I was able to get in just an hour. Will definitely use again!

Great Experience
From the very first contact into the call center to the Dr Appointment all aspects were highly efficient and professional. I had my doubts using telemedicine but was pleasantly surprised. Well done MDLIVE!

Excellent service
Excellent service. The web site is easy to navigate and I got an appointment within two hours of booking. The doctor was polite, professional and asked all the right questions. The prescription I needed was sent to my local pharmacy and the whole thing went off without a hitch.

My first video medical appt
terrific doctor.they were clear and explained everything. only issue was trying to connect to the video. it kicked me off but then mdlive automatically called me back and we tried it again successfully
