Easy to make the appointment and the doctors I've encountered so far are kind and knowledgeable. I am very grateful to have this type of appointment available to me and that I don't have to fear seeking a diagnosis during this pandemic.

Quick, easy, and available service when I needed it - I was out of town, I didn't want to have to schedule an in-person visit when I was already certain of the diagnosis, especially while in the middle of a pandemic! My prescription was filled quickly and was affordable. Thanks MDLive!

When you don't feel well to begin with, it's a little tedious to have to enter all the required information before you can get started (personal information plus complete medical history and prescriptions), but I understand it's to help the physicians treat their patients more effectively. Once all of the required information was entered, I only had a wait a few minutes before the physician called me. We had a brief conversation; he made the diagnosis and called in a prescription for me. Both the representative and the physician were professional and pleasant. Overall, it was a good experience.

Fast and efficient. All I need was an antibiotic for a UTI.

The consultant and doctor were very helpful. I called at 8 a m and prescriptions were ready at Walmart by 10 a m. The MDLIVE was quick . I didn't have to leave home and wait in doctor office.

The website was a bit confusing for a first-time user, but everything after that was great! I loved the real-time clock of expected wait time, my actual wait time was a bit longer than estimated, but I assume that’s only because of the COVID-19 crisis happening, so no harm done there. My Dr. was very friendly and thorough. He seemed to really care about getting the correct diagnosis and helping me feel better as quickly as possible.
