Love how self explanatory the app is…
Love how self explanatory the app is set up, love that they communicate with you throughout the process (text message,email, app notification), love how it only takes the Dr. less than 15 minutes to respond. My experiences so far have been wonderful!

FAST.... SIMPLE....A WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!
I saw that I had a choice with my insurance to have a virtual dr appt. Signing up was easy. I had an appointment in less than 10 mins, and the doctor called me within a few mins after that. The doctor was thorough and friendly, and my prescription was sent directly to the pharmacy. This will definitely be my go to for minor needs. Thank MD LIVE!!!

Great experience
The doctor was very helpful and he seemed like he cared about what was wrong with my child. It was great to be able to see a doctor so quickly and who cared.
