The convenience of this app in these crazy times was perfect for me. Not wanting to visit a doctors office with the COVID-19 panic was very nice to be able to see a doctor without having to leave your home. Very friendly and knowledgeable doctors made you feel super comfortable.

7/23/20 I received a prescription for Nitrofurantoin Mono prescribed from MDLIVE for a uti. I felt no relief so I called MDLIVE again and was given a prescription 7/25/20 6 pills of Sulfamethoxazole. I began to feel better and symptoms were subsiding after taking the meds but a few days later my symptoms started to reappear. I called today because I feel I didn't have enough dosage to completely kill the bacteria and I wanted a prescription. I have been working from home since March. I order everything I need via insta cart because of Covid and advisory for senior citizens to stay home. My employer gave us MDLIVE. Today, I was told to go to a clinic or wherever. I explained I rarely go out and especially not to a clinic. Thus, I wasted my time and felt insulted by an arrogrant, uncompassionate MDLIVE doctor and I still have the UTI I called about on 7/23.

This is the best experience I've had with medical care in a long time. I realize if I had an imminent health issue that being seen in person by a physician would be best. However, many time we have a commonly occurring ailment that can be diagnosed simply with little to now risk. Then prescribed solutions to common problems can be attained quickly and easily. I've used MDLIVE on 3 occasions in the last 5 months and each time I was on screen with a doctor within 20 minutes. They call any prescribed meds directly to the pharmacy in the grocery store where I shop. All this without having the inconvenience of dealing with a doctors office their unpredictable schedules, chances of exposure to who knows what. Let's not forget the constant pleasure of dealing with the staff at a doctors office which are in many cases rude, inefficient and create a firewall between doctors and the patients that need their care. My doctor was very helpful and verbally walked me through the process of obtaining a Medical Certificate, even though I could not be given one virtually. Great experience!
