First time to use MDLIVE. Experience was great. Easy to use and quick response. I would use this again for minor health issues. It so much better to do this than go out for an office visit, unless you just have to have an in person visit.

I've used MDLIVE several times. Excellent service - both customer service and doctors! App is easy to use, including scheduling appointments. The doctors call back very quickly and take the time needed to cover the issue(s). I never feel rushed. When the doctors say they're prescribing medication, the process works very well and my local pharmacy has it ready for me.

My first phone appointment was Cancelled 5 minutes before it was to happen. I had picked that provider based on his profile, so was disappointed. However, when I went online and picked “next available provider”, I was very happy with my visit. I have a complicated history and can’t take a lot of medications with ones I’m already on. The doctor asked questions and found an antibiotic that would not interact with what I’m on. The follow up paperwork was informative. My only complaint was the call quality was very scratchy and I had to keep asking him to repeat himself.
