“Paperwork” for the visit was thorough, but quick and straightforward. Loved the option for a quick audio-only callback vs waiting a bit for a video conference, and my call from the doc came in a minute or two. Doc was great! Prescription called in, fixed up in no time. Happy!

I called MD Live. They got back to me within 5 minutes of my initial phone call. The doctor was very helpful and prescribed a medicine that I was never prescribed before now, for a UTI. I'm hoping the medication works.

I had a bad hacky cough & needed to see a doctor. I chose one off the MDlive network page & set up a telephone visit. It was fast & easy. The call came right on time & the doctor was very nice & after a long conversation prescribed medication for me. I couldn't have been more pleased.
