I had a wonderful experience it took me less than an hour to set up my account, get a call from the dr and have my prescription ready to pick up! The lady Tameka, who helped set up my account was so kind and helpful! I will use this again and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

My experience was AWESOME
My experience was AWESOME! I needed help at 4am and I was able to be seen, diagnosed, and prescribed medication in 30 mins, including internet sign up, waiting time and actual video visit. I now view this option as an actual tool in my medical arsenal!

Avoided Urgi Care with just a phone call
The doctor asked me about my medications, allergies and went over my health complaint. I felt taken care of and in good hands, especially when my phone accidently hung up and he was on the ball and called me back so fast! He made sure I knew how to be comfortable until I could get to the pharmacy too. It was a great experience.

It was easy to make an appointment and…
It was easy to make an appointment and I was contacted by the doctor within 10 minutes. The doctor had good listening skills and explained the course of treatment clearly. I received confirmation of my prescription being sent to the pharmacy as the call ended. I'll definitely consider using this service again.
