Good for Common Diagnostics; But Not for Other Symptoms
For any common symptoms like the cold or flu-like symptoms, MDLive with a certified physician is really convenient, especially during this unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic. But anything other than that, either a phone or video call is not sufficient to diagnose other specific issues.

Caring and attentive
I had a problem in the middle of the night and the doctor was great! Very attentive and caring. Not frustrated or stressed like the urgent care and Er doctors seem to be.

Dr. listened to what I was saying took how I was describing things into account and prescribed and antibiotic to help with the infection in my ear.
