I never knew MDLIVE existed until I checked my Insurance App for local doctors. I decided to use and it was one of the best experiences. I’m always discouraged from going to the Doctors Office since you wait close to an hour after arriving on time for your appointment. The drive, waiting, etc is nonsense. In less than 15 minutes I registered, got a call from a Physician and my prescription was called to the local Pharmacy. What a pleasant experience. I will definitely use again and recommend.

Amazing! I have never used this type of service for a doctor. I was worried that I wouldn’t be understood by not being in person. My daughter had a rash that concerned us on her torso and were able to take pictures and upload them for the doctor. The doctor was very polite, professional and took her time reviewing the pictures and explained everything that was needed, including a prescription. Everything worked out for the best and my daughter is doing great – no more rash! Besides emergencies and maybe wellness checks this is how we’re going to see a doctor from now on.

I called and they had a doctor call me within 15 minutes, I sent a picture of an apparent spider bite on my leg and he called and prescribed me some antibiotic cream and antibiotics to take. Seems to be working very well. He was very polite and very knowledgeable . Very satisfied with his service. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am absolutely grateful that this program exists. It was late at night, I was in distress because I could hardly breathe. The doctor I spoke to, called within 5 minutes, assessed the problem and called in a prescription to a nearby drug store. I don't know if this is only going to be done during the Covid virus, but I hope it is a permanent asset for the present and the future.

MDLIVE was my first experience with telemedicine and I could not be more surprised or grateful for this technology. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, courteous and professional.
