I've been able to use MDLive 2 times now and both were excellent experiences. I was called on the time specified and both physicians were amazing. Able to explain at length and did not feel like they were hurrying me. Both physicians seem very competent and knowledgeable. I was able to get my prescription easily. I love MDLive. I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews but I'm happy and still continue to use the service.

Came back to edit old review. MDLive is great now with all the updates over the last 3 years. Also, if you can get your insurance to accept md live on their policy then it gets even better. Been using them for 4+ years now.

Had a good experience with MD Live. Person helping me tried to prescribe the same antibiotic that did not work the last time I had this same experience and she listened to what had happened before and agreed to use the antibiotic that did work the last time.

Quick turn around time and was able to speak with a doctor very quickly.
