I didn't have an emergency, but it was an issue I wanted to get on medication for ASAP. It was 3 AM Sat night/Sun morning and I was given the option to let a doctor call me when they were available (estimated wait time was 30-45 min). I believe I only waited about 20-30 minutes. The doctor was friendly, informative, and resolved my issue quickly. Since my Rx was at the pharmacy when they opened, I did not have to wait long to pick them up and start feeling relief within 12 hours of my issue being a concern. MDLive saved me a trip to an urgent care clinic during a pandemic. Thank you!!!
