I had a skin infection caused by a hang-nail. I was connected to a doctor from a highly accredited local hospital. He asked for a photo of the affected area, and also asked me to describe the problem I was having. After speaking with me (yes, an actual live phone call, at 4:30am no less!!) and seeing the photo, he prescribed an antibiotic. I informed him that I had no health insurance. He said it was a generic drug and would be inexpensive. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He sent the prescription to my local pharmacy, and I picked it up later that day. A short while after finishing the antibiotic, the infection is gone. I can't tell you how good it feels to know that this level of care is not only readily available, but affordable for those of us with no health insurance. It was quick, easy and effective! MDLive is a service who's time has come! Love 'em!!

The opportunity to schedule with a doctor was fast and efficient. I was kept updated on each phase. The doctor who supported my need was caring, actively listened, and addressed my health issue. The time factor was incredible compared to having to wait hours in an urgent care clinic or days waiting to get an appointment with a primary care physician.

I got a call in a timely manner and the doctor was nice. He listened to my symptoms and agreed that I needed a prescription. One was sent in. It was super easy.

Excellent, efficient service. The MD was patient, knowledgeable and it was a pleasant experience. So glad I didn't have to queue up at a doctor's office to be seen for a routine, chronic health issue when all I needed was a prescription refill. Very glad this service exists and I'll definitely be utilizing it again. Also, my insurance covered the first visit 100% so that was definitely a bonus!

Quick, easy, and thorough! The doctor was professional and efficient. He took the necessary time to understand my issue but I did not at all feel that he took more time than necessary. Got my prescription for poison ivy and now I am 100%! Much better than going to the doctors office. The total time for the call, including registering, setting it up, and waiting for the callback was 20 minutes. It would have taken me at least 3 hours to accomplish the same thing at the doctors office and they did not have an appointment time until 2 days after I called. Can't recommend more highly! And I save $50 since there was no co-pay.

I had no choice but to really use this service. However, I am glad I did. I do not enjoy paying almost $50 but I told her my problem stayed on the phone no time and not to long after my prescription was called in. I really found comfort in the fact that i didn't have to sit in a waiting room and be exposed to covid !
