Great experience except for having to fill out survey while in pain instead of proceeding to doctor for advice.

Great choices of caregivers to choose from for counseling etc. Most of their availability worked for me and that was good. Not happy with how the phone connections worked, I had a 2nd session scheduled for 5/21 and the phone barley rang, I called back and was told I would get a call back in 15 mins. which I did, and again the call did not connect. So I had no appointment. I am going to give another caregiver, psychologist, a try. Appointment. is set for 6/20/20.

With a hemorrhoids problem, I was very hesitant about seeking help on MDLIVE. Gladly, I did. A kind doctor helped me out and prescribed medicine that I picked up the following day in my preferred pharmacy. I don't rate it five stars because I believe that He also should have provided recommendations like (diet plans, foods to avoid), or any other recommendations that I had to find online. Also, a follow-up appointment would be nice. Other than that, I feel way better.

My provider is excellent, and the website, though not without its kinks, is fairly straightforward. Problem resolution through the call center is quick and representatives are knowledgeable, helpful, and personable, with wait times kept to the minimum.

The doctor was nice and understanding. He was also knowledgeable. I will definitely use the service again. I gave 4 stars because there was a lag in the sound. I did a videoconference. It was also a bit difficult to click in the link and know it was working when it was time to “meet” with the doctor. But the time with the doctor went great.

Fast, easy to use, & cheaper then going to the office. I however didn't use the video chat. But it's nice that option is available.
