The lady that set up my appt was wonderful. The dr on the other hand was completely the opposite. In my opinion he needs to spend a little more time in med school as well as honing in on having a more pleasing 'bedside manner'. I called in for a fever and sore throat. His response was that I didn't really have a fever and shouldn't be too concerned since it was not 105 degrees. If my temperature gets that high then I better be in the hospital! He then tried to tell me that medicine was my decision never once saying that he would recommend getting antibiotics or anything. Getting an answer out of him was like pulling teeth because he acted as if I was of no concern to him.

Helpful doctor, quick and easy app to use, prescribed antibiotics but.... unfortunately not the correct antibiotics so ended up having to go in anyway and get a different prescription.

Took 3 different attempts to get finally get a Rx that was covered by insurance. Ended up having to to wait till next day untill i could get Rx because of the back and forth between dr office and pharm.

Absolute waste of my money. The doctor told me that I was doing everything i should and that I need to go see a doctor. Wait....I thought that I was talking to a doctor. I have had more sinus infections than I can even count, so now I have to go to urgent care to spend more money and get the antibiotics I need. I will never call back. **Customer service actually listened and gave me a credit.

UPDATE: I finally got my prescription after 5PM. Apparently the doctor did not "fully process" my prescription so they had to re do it. I was given a credit for my appointment. Happy with the outcome, but scared it will happen again. I normally use a different Dr on demand service but thought that I would give this one a try. I did get my call back ASAP, and an antibiotic was to be called in. Here I sit two hours later and there is still no prescription that was called in to my pharmacy. I called MDlive back and was told that someone would contact me regarding this issue today. I said "Do you have a time that I should be expecting this call?" The answer was "We do not have an estimate on time, it will be today." In a nutshell the Dr was great, however still sitting here two hours later waiting for a prescription to be called in to my pharmacy, unacceptable. I will continue to use the other service. There is took less than 30 minutes for my RX to be called in and ready for pick up. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
