Utilized this service to secure medication for a bout of poison ivy. Appointment took place within 20 minutes via telephone, and I had my prescription ordered within 30 minutes, which was much better than scheduling something with my GP and having to take a minimum of 75 minutes from my day.

I have had lackluster experiences with another telemedicine service, so I was warily hopeful when trying out MDLive...however, I was both registered and on the phone with a real doctor within 10-15 minutes! I obtained all answers I required for my medical question and it couldn't have been easier. The service was excellent and fast and the doctor knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Using MDLive is one of the main reasons we chose the medical benefits program we are in, and thus far is has exceeded expectation. Thank you!!

The process was quick and easy!

Although I had to wait until late in the evening for an appointment- it went seamless! My picture uploaded fine and the Dr consultation was easy, and my prescription was ready the next morning!

The Doctor was very succinct and allayed my fears regarding my problem

I had sudden onset of a UTI. Horrible pain @ 7pm. Went onlineand scheduled an appointment and received a call from the doctor in less than 10 minutes. The doctor called in a prescription and picked it up in less than an hour. Way to go MDlive!
