I don't like going to the doctor. I had a horrible ear infection that would not go away but I didn't want to go to urgent care because they are still expensive. I had seen that my insurance covered mdlive and I thought why not so I scheduled a phone visit, took a picture of my ear, and waited. I was called within ten minutes and he was so friendly and listened to my concerns. He prescribed a more expensive ear infection antibiotics so the pharmacy called him to authorize a generic that would be cheaper and he called it in no problem and my ear stopped hurting after three days! I will never sit in pain again. I recommend this to anyone who needs help fast.

Very easy and great service

Must have stepped in poison something or other and had a 1" in diameter rash that iched to no end on the side of my foot! Put calamine lotion on and it helped but it was growing larger by the day. Area doctors were all booked and couldn't get an appointment. Not going to emergency for this, maybe urgent care when I thought to look at my insurance card, found the number and called MDLIVE. Once registered, a Dr. from Las Vegas called me and we discussed the problem, I sent photos to be examined. He recommended some ointment and called the pharmacy for issuing a prescription. Stopped later to pick up. All worked, all healed, no muss no fuss!
