I love this service! The whole process is so easy to go through. They keep you informed about the time it will take to contact a doctor, and the doctors are thorough. They have the best on staff. They will prescribe you something, and send it directly to the pharmacy. I’m so glad this is a part of my benefit plan!

It was so easy- download the app and simply follow the instructions. Within minutes, a professional called me, we talked, and she called in a prescription for an antibiotic for my ear infection. Super fast and very easy to get my medication filled.

I called MDLive because I'm in the country so the closest doctor is 40-45 minutes away and realized a UTI is coming on. The pain was intensifying so with it being 7pm, a trip to the Dr would be a 2-3 hour turn around time but I signed up with MDLive and within 5 minutes a Dr called me and diagnosed me and called me a prescription to my pharmacy and by 8:00, I was on my way to pick up my prescription. The Dr was very concerned, helpful, and knowledgeable all for $82. This is my "Go to". I highly recommend.

The fastest and cheapest dr’s visit I have ever made! When my primary dr refused to refill my Blood Pressure scripts unless I visited them and had a mandate of mask wearing I said absolutely not! MDLIVE was fantastic done in 30 mins and meds refilled will be using this service again!!!
