I was experiencing a sudden, unexplained wide-spread rash causing severe itching that was not responding to OTC oral or topical antihistamines. I visited a local Urgent Care who prescribed two things that exacerbated my condition. My insurance company told me about MDLive so I arranged a session and after my "visit" a prescription strength antihistamine was called in. Within an hour of taking one tablet my rash and itching were gone, which was incredible given even the prescribing doctor said it would likely take several days before I had relief and up to two weeks before the rash had completely passed. Needless to say I had a very positive experience with MDLive and highly recommend them!

I was contacted minutes after setting up an appointment. I wanted to get a prescription for arthritis refilled. I got this and some sound advice: Have my blood checked for kidney damage as well as for the type arthritis. To me that shows that the physician was truly concerned over the side effects of oral medications, and wanted me to be aware and perhaps seek an alternative to the medications.
