My use of MDLIVE was fantastic. Everything was simple and quick. I literally only waited 2 minutes for the doctor to call me back. The Dr. was easy to talk to and thorough. A prescription was called immediately sent to my preferred pharmacy.

This was a very satisfying experience for me. I woke up with what I assumed to be a UTI. I decided to use MD Live to consult with a physician. This was my first time using this benefit. The app was very easy to navigate. An appointment was set and within a few minutes the doctor called me. She listened to what I was experiencing and asked some questions before she gave her diagnosis. I had some followup questions, which she respectively answered. I feel like this doctor really took her time with me and I never felt the least bit rushed. She emailed a prescription to my closest pharmacy immediately, which was ready for pickup in an hour, and within a couple of days, I am good as new. I had a very good experience and highly recommend this service.

I made an appointment...and within minutes, very shortly after having made the appointment....I was called back! Had I taken myself to an urgent care, my only other alternative, I would've waited probably around four hours. What a relief to know MDLIVE is there!!!

Making the appointment was super easy. This was much better than sitting in a waiting room with potentially other sick people. The doctor was very friendly and listened to my issue. He also answered all my questions thoroughly. My pharmacy received the prescription within minutes. I highly recommend!
