Convenient, but could use tweaking
I was able to get antibiotics for a sore throat on a Friday afternoon. I would not have been able to see my PCP for at least 3 days, so this was very helpful. It would be nice if the Tele Dr. could somehow listen to your lungs via your cell phone (technology must be out there somewhere) and visualize your throat. They had me send in a picture, but it was pretty dark and not helpful. I lost connection with the first Dr and wasn’t able to reconnect with her, so I called back and had to start over. It was a little annoying, but I only got charged for the one that actually gave me a prescription.
