It was a breeze to use MDLive's service, from registration to making an appointment online to the doctor calling me and sending the prescription to my pharmacy, the whole process took less than 45min total. Definitely way more convenient than visiting a physical clinic and waiting in line.

It is very easy to find the help you need with MDLIVE. You receive quality care from providers prepared to listen and treat, most importantly you have options when it comes to selecting your care provider. The site is easy to use and allows your provider to communicate with you if necessary.

Professional, convenient, and easy to use. You designed this platform with the user in mind and it shows. Although it heavily relies on my shoddy picture skills and low webcam quality, the doctor makes the best of my limitations to make an accurate diagnosis. MDLive blew my expectations away.
