Fee too high
My expectations were met w DO Garwood. Thank you HOWEVER, Humana, your consultation fee is too high. Please consider lowering the amount...we are seniors on fixed income... remember? We are your bread and butter.

Very quick access
Very quick access. Very user friendly. I don't believe the doctor listened closely enough to what I was expressing as symptoms as I ended up going to the ER.

The initial wait time for the call to…
The initial wait time for the call to come through took longer than expected, but the advice given worked. My sons foot was red and swollen, looked to have some kind of blister like bite on one of his toes, and his toe felt warm to the touch. The MDLive doctor provided us with information on a possible allergic reaction, and how to care for it after benadryl was given.

My experience was a good one
My experience was a good one. SUPER quick to speak with the doctor (returned my call in less than 5 minutes). They listened to my symptoms, asked a few questions and then quickly made an assessment and prescribed medication.
