Doctor was nice and friendly, but.....
Doctor was nice and friendly. I was asking about a GFR score and how to correct it. Response was talk to your doctor to explain the test result. He did not have all of the other test results from the blood work. My request was more general in nature. What is it. What affects it. Can diet help. He was not able to or willing to provide any of this kind of info. Since then I have done an internet search and gotten answers I needed. I now understand from Trust Pilot that MD Live does not explain what test results mean. Meaning if want to know what LDL or in my case GFR, MD Live professionals/doctors will not help you understand what these lab tests mean for your health or how you could address them with changes in diet. I understand not assisting with your individual lab results. I do not understand not helping to get an educated opinion regarding medical terms.

It took 3 phone calls
It took 3 phone calls, I signed up on line and it told me to call, once I called I got a email put in all my information and what I needed still it took another call and was told my information did not take. All the people on the phone did a great job. Finally the doctor called and they sent over my prescription. This could have been a easier process and I shouldn't have to repeat all my information each time.

had to wait a long time to get a call and did not get a video call which is what I really needed for a skin a condition.

Don't call if its ears or bladder
Everytime I call in I'm told that I should go to the hospital or to urgent care. One time was for an ear ache. One time for a bladder infection. Charged both times for doctor to tell me to go see someone.

I knew I had an infection that would…
I knew I had an infection that would require antibiotics, yet the MD chose not to prescribe. I suffered for 11 days with something that could have cleared up in 3-4 with an antibiotic script.

All calls seem to end with see your doctor. There's little so far the doctors seem to be able to prescribe or diagnose for me. It could be my type of issues, but so far I have only had success for sinus and basic cold type issues.
