I had an infected bug bite. My entire lower arm had swollen over four days. It was a Sunday when I called MDLIVE. I answered questions online. I took a photo of my arm and uploaded it. The doctor called after looking at the photo. I told him what happened. He called in a prescription for antibiotics that afternoon. It was exactly what I needed. MDLIVE was extremely convenient, less expensive than going to the doctor, and the exact solution I needed for my arm.

This system is so user friendly, who would'nt give it 5 stars? Most physicians on here are very personable, and informative. Saves time out of my daily schedule, when I am not feeling well to begin with, to know help is just a phone call away is comforting.
