The whole experience was very easy to complete. I am not real good with these cell phones.We didn't have them when I was younger. So the web site being easy i buzzed through it.The phone call was about 15minutes before it came from the doctor.i was told it would be 1 hour or less.15 minutes.I was so happy.The doctor listened to me and call a prescription to my pharmacy BEFORE we hung up!!! What more could I want.5 Stars Thumbs Up
