It has been a real blessing to have med life. I have a 91 year old mother to take care of and I rarely leave the house due to CoVid19, so being able to use Med Life instead of traveling to the doctors office which is a distance away and sitting in a waiting room possibly getting exposed, this is a wonderful alternative for getting help on minor things.

I was not able to book further sessions. Your staff said it was AETNA, and they said it was not them. That was disappointed, because I liked the counselor i spoke to.

My son had a sinus infection. Logged in, talked to the pediatrician and was prescribed antibiotics and a nasal spray. He’s felling much better. Simple, easy and most importantly saved time going to the doctor and money. Will recommend and use again.

Once I completed the sign-up process (i.e., prescription medication, medical history, pharmacy, etc.), I met with a doctor online and explained that I got a fire ant bite and the swelling getting worse after 6 days. I took a picture of my swollen left wrist and my "normal" right wrist so she could see that there was a significant difference. If you ever had an allergic reaction to a fire ant bite, you know it's very hot, itchy and uncomfortable swelling. She prescribed an antibiotic and a topical ointment for the itching. I was able to pick it up at my pharmacy within 30 minutes. I am so grateful that during this pandemic, I did not have to sit in an Urgent Care waiting room. Thank you MDLIVE!
