I did most of the talking and the Dr was nice ...because I “thought I knew” what was my illness ,probable sinus infection...She ordered strong antibiotics I was satisfied but if I was unsure or had diffuse symptoms I would want a face to face. In these times of Covid I was happy for the alternative to office visit. The negative part could be the Dr did not ask more and seemed to be focused on covid testing.currently..very difficult without sitting in your car for 3+hrs

It was kinda expensive $82.00 for the phone call, BUT it was quick got a call back within 20 minutes or so and didn't have to leave home. It was easy as well talking to the Doctor - although I was pretty sure my symptoms dictated a serious sinus infection and I did get a prescription for antibiotics - But I still had a 2nd issue and it was migraines and that was part of the reason I needed help with and she didn't want to refill a prescription for the migraines only for the Sinus infection so that was a little disappointing even though I kept repeating I don't have insurance nor a primary care doctor - I usually go to urgent care and pay $150.00 for my migraine refills. Bottom line I was pleased with getting part of my care done and that it saved me some money, just wish I could of have gotten prescription for both issues.

The volume went in and out but other than that it was okay

I am taking the medication 5 times a day and still have thrush. It has gotten less aggressive but stil an irritant. Thanks!

The time it took to speak to a doctor was less than 10 minutes after filling out the paperwork. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the doctor spoke to me less than a minute and only gave me 7 days of medication instead of 10 days which I am used to receiving. The antibiotics did not clear up my severe sinus infection. But overall, the experience was nice and I would recommend and use again.
