I called twice. I get the same respiratory infection every year and it has to be cleared up with antibiotics. Because I hadn't recorded a fever, two different doctors refused to prescribe antibiotics. I called my regular doctor in who called in a prescription for Zithromax as he does when this happens and it cleared up very quickly. I don't think they should be so reluctant to prescribe antibiotics.

The cost was too much for a 5 minutes diagnose. In addition, the audio was very staticy and low. There were also no speaker button to out the audio in speaker mode, so I had to keep putting the phone back on my ear to hear what the doctor was asking/saying.

Richard Conner I was very disappointed. The doctor called me on the time giving but we lost power and we have bad weather (hurricane Michael) and the cell phone kept going out. So another doctor call the next day on the giving time and said he would call in some meds for him and it was never called in. The doctor he talked to was good but $20.00 was deducted from our debit card and I did not get any meds for my burn.

I got my appointment scheduled quickly. The gentleman that I spoke with was very kind. But my prescription never arrived at the pharmacy... so it didnt do me any good.

We received a call back very quickly and the RX was called in in a timely manner. The only complaint would be that my husband had a pretty severe case of shingles and was given no other meds but antibiotics. A few nurse friends a some friends that have had shingles all said he should have been given some sort of Lidocaine and an antiviral cream.

When I called with the flu, the doctor insisted that I couldn't have the flu as it was too early in the year. She refused to prescribe Tamiflu which would have helped me with the flu - which is what I had and it lasted another 2 weeks. The doctor that I only had gastroenteritis and gave me an anti-nausea drug which did not help. As reported on our local news, at that time, Florida was one of the top states in cases of the flu. When someone has the flu (fever, chills, horrible headache, vomiting,etc.), please give them Tamiflu.

The prescription the doctor called in could not be filled because the insurance company felt that there was an over the counter version that was just as effective. Unfortunately it did help at all. I just ended up riding it out.
