Very easy program to use and the app is easy to use too. The provider I found is wonderful and its easy to message and make appointments. With everything being socially distanced it was hard to even find a provider locally and this was a wonderful resources that was a huge help.

SO easy and efficient! Saved SOOOOO much time when I already knew what my problem was and just needed a prescription (once you've had a UTI....you KNOW when you get one)

I was having a very rare and extreme flair up of eczema on my eyes. My eyelids were swollen and I knew I needed to see someone immediately. It was Friday, I called a couple of dermatologist offices who were either closed or not available. So I thought I would try a virtual visit with a doctor for the first time. Setting up the appointment was super easy through the website and within 10 minutes I had been notified that a doctor was available to see me. It was so fast and painless. They sent a prescription to a local pharmacy. The doctor was knowledgeable and empathetic. So grateful to be able to use this as an option when I really needed it. Highly recommend and I would definitely use MDLive again.

I logged on, gave complaint, which was "tender toe", and uploaded an image. I got the call for the physician in about 10 minutes. He diagnosed an ingrown toe nail, which I guess I should have realized, but I thought it was just an infected cuticle from trimming. Advised to see podiatrist, which I did.

It was a stress dump and really helped

My daughter needed a "doctor's note" to go back to school after being absent for a day. We called MDLIVE, and we were seen almost immediately. The doctor talked to my daughter, assessed her and emailed a doctor's note to me and I forwarded it to the school. It was so quick and easy!!
