It was a bit of a process to get started. Once i was signed up the remainder of the process was easy. I wish since it was recommended and even had a direct link from Blue Cross that it was at least integrated enough to know that i only have a $20 copay. I had to pay the $45 fee and i still have not received any communication or form of refund for the difference of my copay and their $45 fee. I will say that my visit was by phone to shorten the weight time and the doctor that i spoke with seemed knowledgeable and very friendly and answered all of my questions.

It is a wonderful service to have available to be able to visit with a Dr. online for issues that I wouldn't be able to afford addressing through an office visit with my regular physician. The advise given has been right on and has been helpful in resolving the problems in a timely manner.

The Doctor was helpful in telling me my problem was not Covid-19. He said I should see a doctor as soon as possible for my problem. i did.

This is a very helpful service, it is a good initial step to take for a diagnosis. I appreciate the timely response. The recommendation given to solve the issue was effective. Keep up the good work. The only reason that I didn't give a 5 star rating (and I never do) is that we all need to strive to improve. Thanks again.

The process was so much easier than I thought it would be. Dr. Reeves listened to my symptoms and made me feel like I had made the right decision in contacting MDLive instead of attempting to go into a doctors office. I will definitely use MDLive again!

Quick and easy to use, you can upload photos ahead of time. Need to remember to mention ahead of time what state we need the prescription in and to ask for generic. Would recommend!

Efficient, but still not like seeing a trusted doctor face to face with whom a relationship has been established.
