What I like is the waiting time to see a Dr. at the convenience of your own home! I waited to be seen in less than 10 minutes and what most impressed me is that my medication was sent out immediately and was able to get it within minutes not hours. Doctor's listen and explain to you as if i was talking to my own Dr.

My experience was good. This was the first time to use MDLive. The only thing was the video didn't work.

I have used in mdlive maybe five or six times. I cannot say enough good about my experiences! I would almost give a perfect rating but one thing has happened more than once. The Doctor Who I’m sure was well qualified could not speak clear English. I made it through the calls successfully because I have lived many years overseas, but it felt substandard to me.

A great service to provide assistance and guidance with non emergency services. The transition time is effective and efficient.

It's comforting to know that there are experienced clinicians and counselors available on short notice, and that I don't need to travel anywhere to seek help. It alleviates one of the main barriers that usually kept me from speaking with a doctor or counselor. The MDLive user interface and user experience has been pretty positive--no technical glitches. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars is that I don't like the current configuration of the Message feature. The message sidebar seems like it was designed to be more like messaging on a mobile device, but it doesn't translate well for a web browser experience.

I am happy with the service provided by the Dr. She was helpful and understanding. She answered my questions and was patient with me while walking me through the uploading process. 5 stars for her. I gave four stars because the appointment process did not work very well. I wanted to schedule an appointment for the following day and did not have many or any options for this, so I went with the schedule now or wait option.

Everything with my appointment was quick and easy. I was very happy with all aspects of the appointment except that I had to request a transcript the next day. The previous time I used MDLive It was sent to me automatically.
