First let me start by saying I am not nor have I ever been a fan of going to the doctor. You have to get dressed, and take your sickly self to the doctors office, while worrying about spreading your germs or getting someone else's. This was by far the easiest doctor visit I have ever had. The doctor was polite, understanding and got right to the heart of the matter. I would give 10 stars if I could. I will be using their services again, and again.

The service was extremely easy and convenient to use. To help the provider, I took pictures and provided the important health history. Within 30-minutes I received a call-back, confirmation of diagnosis and prescription. Without this service I would have needed to delay treatment for several days until I had a day off work.

I have used them several times. The wait was short, they listened to me and there was a resolution. I will continue to use them.

I had a problem getting my account set up. The rep was super friendly. She not only set up my account… She went above and beyond and added a pharmacy that was not in the database so that I could use it. I was SO GLAD for this experience after being treated poorly by a well known competitor. I used my medical insurance. The prices are reasonable. The doctor was quick and effective. I will definitely use them again if needed.

I have used MDLive for 3-4 times over the last 4 years. It is available to employees from my employer. I absolutely love this service. It’s so nice to have immediate access to a doctor for minor illnesses. Used them today for a bladder infection. Talked to a doctor at 7:30am and had my medication by 9:00am. Thank you so much for this wonderful service! The doctors are very nice and quick. I will definitely use MDLive next time I need to see a doctor quickly from the comfort of my couch.

Booked an appointment online and was speaking with a doctor within an hour. Uploaded some photos of my throat and spoke with the doctor for 5 minutes about my symptoms. He was able to prescribe me antibiotics for strep throat. I get step every couple of years. He was great!! I highly recommend using MDLIVE. I've never had a bad experience!!! after reading reviews I was skeptical in even setting up an appointment. However I figured $10 fee and with it being after hours why not just try it out! Upon scheduling appt it said wait time would be 2 hours -- it was more like 5 hours before we received call. Very simple process...Dr said a prescription would be called in. I was reluctant to just show up at the pharmacy without calling first to ensure prescription would be there but I have to say ..IT WAS THERE! Very satisfied with MDLIVE and even more so that I didnt have to take off from work to go to the Dr. Very very pleased.

I had a phone consultation with one of MD Live's doctors this morning at 9:40am, 01/10/2022 because I had been experiencing severe skin irritation that has progressed since 01/02/2022. The Dr assured me that I would get a prescription strength steroid ointment / cream that would help alleviate the nearly painful itching that I have. He further stated to wait 30min-1hour to pick up the prescription. As the day progressed, it had been 5 1/2 hours since my consultation and my pharmacy still had not yet received the rx. So I had to call MD Live and my pharmacy a few times just to get this whole thing resolved. MD Live's Help / Support staff were incredible as soon as they were able to return my phone-call / voicemail. As soon as they had discovered that the Dr had typed up the script, but didn't hit the "send" button, they fixed it immediately. I am VERY appreciative of their help with that because my skin is pretty badly irritated and I needed that script ASAP. The Nurse that discovered the mistake was very kind and prompt. She immediately got the rx sent to my local pharmacy and gave me a direct call back to let me know that it had been sent and is being processed. Yes, it took quite a long time to get it resolved, but it got resolved and that's all I really care about. If it had not been resolved as promptly as it was, then I would've kept a negative review up on this website. We all need to be more understanding that MD Live and other tele-medicine staff, might be short-staffed and overworked due to the pandemic. I have my opinions about the pandemic, but that is not the point I'm trying to make here. The Help / Support Staff and the Nurse got my prescription sent over to my local pharmacy at the earliest convenience that time would allow them to. They apologized for the inconvenience and got it resolved quickly. That is my point. Try to be understanding when it comes to time and if you have something that is potentially life-threatening call 9-1-1. MD Live is doing the best that they can. Thank you MD Live for helping me promptly and I look forward to future appointments! -Liz
