Very Fast and helpful

I love that I can be seen from the comfort of my home and see a licensed physician live in less than 10 minutes. The physicians were very personable as well and took their time to answer all my questions. Amazing service and both times I used MDLive my prescriptions were at the pharmacy and ready within an hour.

MDLIVE is a great alternative to going to the doctor, especially in a pandemic. My doctor was very professional and knowledgable, and gave me several options for treating a sinus infection.

Will use again, So easy my first time to get registered, Dr. called me within 10 min. the Dr. was very nice, called in my prescription right away, there was no delay. This will make a big change in my life, i just dread going to a minor emergency for a sinus infection, never knowing if it will be busy till i get there.

Had to call back after first antibiotic did not work for UTI. Was prescribed another that did the trick. Appreciate the ease of communication and the fact that I still did not have to schedule a visit with primary for a culture. I was given directions for what to do if did not resolve or symptoms worsened, and I appreciate that I did not have to go to a waiting room full of potentially contagious sick people for med change. I love this service!! Thank you!!!

Great customer service. Dr. Maggie Williams was thorough and helpful. She was attuned and empathetic. MDlive is a great option especially during COVID.

I received a call from doctor within 5 minutes of making appointment. Reviewed my symptoms and medical history. My prescription was electronically sent to pharmacy while I was on the phone. From making appointment to picking up prescription, was all taken care of in 45 minutes.
