The response time to my initial contact was less than ten minutes. The doctor who attended to me was very professional, listened to my medical concerns and all was taken care of within less than five minutes. A prescription was phoned into my pharmacy and was ready within two hours. Without MDLIVE I would have had to go to an urgent care the next day and my situation could have gotten much worse.

Convenient and friendly

Quick and easy visit. I didn’t have to wait a long time to talk to the doctor. Very convenient. No sitting in waiting rooms for periods of time. Provider was very knowledgeable and courteous.

My husband and I had just gotten to our destination for vacation and I started having those all-too-familiar sinus infection systems. I waited a day to see if maybe it was just allergies but when it got worse, I called MDLIVE. After filling out the initial questionnaire, I spoke to a doctor in around 15 minutes. The whole process from beginning to end only took about an hour and a half and that included getting my prescription for the antibiotic she ordered from my pharmacy. I highly recommend MDLIVE.

I am thankful to be assisted by MDLIVE,my concern was that my prescription pills for high blood pressure were finish and various appointments I made with a primary doctor near me, they never called me back. I was attended very well and appreciated their help and patience as I speak English but some medical terminology I could not understand as my native language is Spanish. I got my new prescription, I recently moved to Virginia, and did not know what to do.
