The doctor that was assigned to me was very rude and judgmental, never had this problem before with any other doctor. Other then that I enjoy the service, it is very convenient for me with my busy lifestyle.

The doctor assigned to me handled my consult as if my call was not a good use of his time. I believe the reason we are encouraged to use MDLive is for urgent consults that don’t merit going to urgent care or emergency room for. He only talked to me for a few mins and was giving me a feeling to have the call ended soon.

You have to be careful what you call in for. I called in only to be told in one minute that I needed to go to a doctor and I was still billed 25.00.

I don't feel the physician really listened to me and trusted what I was telling him. I wound up having to be hospitalized several days later because the infection I had got worse and he did not give me any and about X when requested.

I called in the middle of the night and was able to start my prescription right away rather than waiting until the morning.

Normally I give 5 stars but this time the dr. Called in a cream and the pharmacy did not carry it so they left a message for the dr. And as of today she still has not responded.

I have used this service 3 times. The first 2 times were complete successes and I was very happy with the service. I was so happy that I used it a third time. The doctor who "helped" me the 3rd and last time I used the service actually refused to refill my blood pressure medication of all things.

Very difficult to register. Slow website. Wouldn't connect to Blue Cross site to verify deductible and info. Said there were 54 pharmacies near me while registering, but wouldn't page past the first page. I had to choose a pharmacy on the first page that I didn't want to continue registering, and then change it when I had my consultation to one that was open 24 hours. The prescription was still sent to the one I was forced to pick during registration, which was closed in the evening. I had to call and have the prescription resent to the open pharmacy. Once it finally registered and I scheduled a doctor, consultation response was quick.
