it was very easy to make an appointment online. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had later slots available. My doctor asked specific questions and knew exactly what I was talking about. She told me all of her suggestions would be listed in my patient portal for me to review in case I forgot. She was great! I would totally use this service again!

Absolutely love having access to MD Live. Did not want to have to sit in a doctors office so I put off going in. Called MD Live. Had a very professional person answer my call and help me be seen quickly. The call from the doctor was received within five minutes. Doctor was very professional and helpful. Antibiotics ordered. MD Live has been a blessing. I have suffered from anxiety for the last 8 years and recently with everything going on with coronavirus, things have gotten worse and depression started to set in. My PCP warned me before all of this happened that she was already giving me the highest dose for anxiety and the next step would be to see a psychiatrist to figure out what other steps we could take. I didn't know where to start or what to do or who to trust but with mdlive I have a doctor who cares, willing to listen and try different methods to make me feel normal again. I love that their hours are flexible, you can video call with your doctor and the reminder calls and text 15 minutes before the appointment.
