The doctor I spoke with was very kind. I'm sorry to say the prescription did not help at all. We must have gotten the diagnosis wrong. The pain appears to be an impingement in the shoulder that is affecting my bicep (right side). For now I'm icing and using alleve. I'm not sure much more can be done.

LOVED THAT THEY CALLED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, WERE VERY FRIENDLY, VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND I WOULD DEFINITELY TELL A FRIEND OR RELATIVE ABOUT THIS.

The first doctor that I spoke to Dr. Ghumman was very helpful and understanding and prescribed me medication. The 2nd doctor Dr. Ugboaja was very rude and not very understanding. Felt like she did not want to listen to what I had to say or what I was describing what was wrong with me. She just wanted to prescribe me with double medicine than the 1st doctor did, when I was just needing more ointment. Glad I listened to the 1st doctor and just took what was prescribed because my rash ended up going away quickly. Couldn't imagine how my body would have felt taking a double steroid that the 2nd Dr. prescribed.

I was very pleased with the outcome of my appointment.However, there were a few minor bugs with being able to connect with the MD for the actual phone interview.

Providers are prompt, professional and well qualified. I like video visits. Follow ups are easy. No issues billing my insurance. My mail order pharmacy is not listed or doesn’t participate.

I was feeling ill but did not want to expose myself to COVID by going to offices where I might meet others. I knew it was not covid related. I had to wait but the time was really not more than what if I would have had to go to an appointment at a doctors office . I felt comfortable and cared for.

Doctor appointment was quick and she heard the patient complaint patiently and address the issue.

Providers have been excellent! One star lost because I’ve contacted customer support multiple times with no resolution. I cannot open and read my messages and they are links from my daughters therapist. Frustrating.
