This was the 2nd time ever I had used MDLive and both experiences was great!!! The most time consuming part is registering but after that you are registered and once you create an appointment you have a choice of whether prefer your appointment to be by phone or video and you also have the option to upload pictures if you choose. After I created an appointment I received my phone call in less than 5 minutes. Both doctors were very easy to talk to and very professional as well as being knowledgeable!!! This saved me from having to pay a co-pay and from getting out and physically going to my doctor or the walk in clinic that is at my doctor's office and waiting. I will continue to use MD Live for minor issues. I simply love having this option!!!

Had what I thought was a sinus infection. Called MDLive and was prompted quickly to someone that was able to get me an antibiotic and ibuprofen for pain. Was ready at my pharmacy in no time. Very useful!
