Overall Impressed!!!
I was very impressed with the professionalism and since of empathy on behalf of the attending physician. He listened to my concerns/needs and acted immediately to meet my needs. There was a rough start initially with a issue due to them contacting me with a wrong number logged in the system for my appointment, but once that was corrected, everything worked out fine.

I think this is one of the best things…
I think this is one of the best things Humana offers! I was between doctors because I had changed to a new one but my appointment wasn't for another month. So I needed refills on my medication. The doctor was courteous, and very efficient. Within a couple hours I had the meds I needed to get thru till my visit with my new doctor! Definitely 5 stars!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Quick and efficient
I love how easy the process was and how quickly I was "seen." Going to the doctor typically wipes out a three hour block, but I went from paperwork to prescription in about 15 minutes. The doctor was friendly and efficient. I will definitely use MDLive again.

Easy process to get a telephone…
Easy process to get a telephone appointment. Was set up and called in less than 30 minutes. I know that probably isn't an everyday thing but I was impressed.
