set up is difficult
I had a hard two hours getting the iPhone set up for a video conference. I had to call for tech support and eventually said a phone visit would be fine and then when the call time came the video worked. Using the video visit was comfortable being able to talk to a professional from my home.

I have used MD Live a total of 4 times…
I have used MD Live a total of 4 times over the years. My first 3 experiences were great. This most recent was not. The doctor was very dismissive and clearly tried to get rid of me as soon as possible. He even said "don't worry, I won't charge you for this." Well, thanks!

The therapist I see is wonderful - the MD, not so much
The therapist I see is wonderful. The MD psychiatrist, not so much. Very rushed and didn't even do a proper clinical intake. Didn't know of my PTSD till the second visit, and asked, "Have we met before?" But Andrea Dermyer, LCMFT, is amazing. Highly recommend her.
