The wait time was short and the doctor listened carefully, asked appropriate questions and was as thorough as was possible online. Unfortunately he did advise me to see someone in person as it wasn't something that could be properly diagnosed online, but I appreciated his honesty on that as well.

I had a great experience using Mdlive. Everyone was extremely helpful and it was easy to use.

6:30 pm on Friday night I knew I need a Dr and didn’t want to pay for an ER visit. Quickly set up an appt. and with 5minutes I was on the phone with a very nice Doc. Scripts ordered and bam that was it! Very positive experience.

Entire process was easy. I called in and was walked thru the whole thing in creating a profile setting up the app. The doctor came quickly. Great process saved me a lot of time!

This was a quick easy process. The best part I did not have to take time off. I was able to complete the appointment in my office at work. The doctor was nice and helpful. Will definitely use again.

Awesome. I got an immediate call back and the doctor was very thorough with my symptoms. The medicine prescribed was sent to my pharmacy quickly, which may the experience go calmly. I will be using this app again, if/when sick.

So far, I have had to call MD live several times. Each time, The physician was excellent. The last time I called, the physician was so caring and asked so many questions regarding other things besides what I was calling for. He even had a conversation with me about the area that I was living in. He was very personable and thorough.
