I was happy with the speed of the response, but not with the care of the Dr. I ended up having to go to my regular ENT and got the steroid shot and antibiotic I needed for the sinus infection that I knew I had. I get this at least twice a year and told the Dr. that, but she insisted on using over the counter medicines. Overall I feel it was a waste of $25.00.

I appreciate the quick turn around time to receive a phone call, however, the doctor provided me the wrong diagnosis. She didn’t ask enough questions to get a proper diagnosis.

Physician would not listen to symptoms and issue. Ended up wasting $10 and then going to urgent care anyway.

I called needing an antibiotic for my daughters inflamed toe. Even with a picture they said I needed to go to the Dr. It was Sunday so ended up at the instacare where the doctor was in the room less than 1 minute and said there is nothing he can do other than prescribe an antibiotic. Such a waste of time and money to call teladoc.

I feel that the doctor was really hard to understand, as her accent was thicker and she didn’t speak as clearly as she could’ve. I also asked her what drainage meant and she sounded like I should’ve known what it means. She didn’t seem very patient either. I’m very patient and nice when speaking to customer service, but I felt she didn’t reciprocate. I only gave her 2 stars because I think she prescribed me the correct medication.

Doctor did not seem to listen as I explained what was going on.

On phone with doctor for 1 minute, “keep doing what you are doing!” I could do that for free. If the doctors don’t want this job, don’t do it. A waste of money, had to schedule with primary care doctor a week later for prescription.

I was experiencing severe abdominal pain, fever, fatigue and stomach issues. The doctor was friendly enough but without asking many questions immediately diagnosed me as having a stomach virus. My symptoms became worse that day so I went to an urgent care. The diagnosis there was a bacterial infection of my colon, I was also severely dehydrated. If I would’ve listened to the initial diagnosis given by the doctor on MD Live I likely would’ve ended up in worse shape following their basic guidance. The doctor seemed rushed and didn’t ask enough questions to get to an actual diagnosis. It is unlikely I will use this service again and prefer the face to face interaction where a doctor can truly assess my needs and answer my questions thoughtfully.
