Scheduled a telehealth appointment through MDLIVE, and from the time of scheduling until I was actually able to speak with the doctor did not take long at all. The doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to properly diagnose me and prescribe medication.

The doctor was very professional and listened to my concerns. He was wonderful to speak with. The only thing that was not accurate was the wait time given. It was a wonderful service to use while on vacation to avoid hours at an urgent care center!

I was not able to get in touch with my doctor before Christmas. I was in a bit of a panic because I knew ai had a UTI and needed antibiotics. I remembered an email I received months ago from Cigna about online Dr. appointments. I went to the website, found the link, filled out the form, and hoped for the best. I was talking to a doctor within two minutes and had a prescription sent to my pharmacy within 6 minutes. I could not have asked for a better experience. It really saved me a lot of time and pain, not to mention a possible kidney infection if I had not gotten my antibiotic. Thank you MDLIVE!
