I love the concept of not having to go to a doctor. However this MDLive instructed me to go to an urgent care center... and they prescribed a medication I was terribly allergic to... and insisted it was the infection rather than the medicine making me sicker...I nearly wound up in an ER for what was essentially an infected pimple. Had it not been a weekend, I would simply have researched a new primary care physician instead (mine recently passed away). Not trusting urgent care or MDLive at this point.

I like the products, but it takes a week to get the products after I order. This needs improvement!

had to have my benefits verified last month so we would be charged the right copay $10.00. got a email today was charged $44.00 and said we never called to verify. called today verified that we had verified... very upsetting

The doctor did not take much time to try and understand my condition, and the medicine prescribed did not work. When I was forced to go to another doctor in person, that doctor was shocked to hear the medicine I was put on, especially at such a low dose for my height and weight. I was basically taking a babies dose of antibiotic, and to say the least I suffered with the illness for a week no improvement while on the prescribed medication.

dosage was wrong on abx.

It’s okay if you want to self diagnose yourself. Cause the doctors can’t really help you.

It was very fast and very convenient. However, I was prescribed a medication for my pinkeye that did not work. I ended up having the condition much longer than usual, until I stopped taking the new drops and starting taking old drops that I found in my closet from a few years ago.

Doctor argued that I should have to see my doctor for the prescription renewal and I am trying to avoid the $250 bill to see my doctor due to my private insurance coverage - the initial time not an issue but the second time an argument - just for my blood pressure meds
