Doctor was back and forth if it was a virus or a bacteria, kept talking, wouldn't listen. I didn't even pick up prescription. It was terrible. Eventually just got better. Didn't trust her judgement at all because she didn't listen.

Even Though The physician tatte order me some steroids can some Lidocaine patches for my back she could at least order me some ibuprofen for my back also to help relieve the pain and swelling and inflammatory. I got some ibuprofen 800 mg some friend of mine and that helped me out so much I got a decent sleep and rest.

MD did not believe I had a UTI despite at home test strips showing that I possibly did and having symptoms. Ended up 3 days later at the Dr’s office and was diagnosed with UTI and treated. Was trying to save myself a trip to Dr and a copay but had to go anyway.

The system of MD Live worked good, but it was the Dr that I had a problem with. Christopher Schmeil was my Dr that called me. I had a sinus infection, coughing up and blowing out green snot and was told by him to keep using over the counter medicine to clear it up and that I would be fine in a few days. Well I did what he said and after taking the over the counter medicine that he recommended for a week I was still not feeling better so I went to my personal Dr. and was superscribed antibiotics that cleared it up. When there is green snot coming out, there is an infection and I was highly aggravated that I could not get the medicine I needed and had to spend money for an office visit and a day off work to solve the problem that MDLIVE is supposed to solve over the phone.

Doctor was great, but the MDLive service could be improved by permitting the patient to call back the doctor, instead of making the patient depend on an incoming call. Sometimes the callback comes when the patient is in transit or some where that it's more convenient to hang up and quickly phone back.

Fast response, however I could not understand what the doctor was saying and what meds were being called in. I had to wait for the report to upload and read that as well as contact my pharmacy to see what medications were called in.
