I scheduled an appointment and logged on at the right time and the physician cancelled on me. Then I schedule an immediate appointment with someone else after talking with customer service and they were not helpful at all. They basically directed me to go to a doctor in person, so what was the point of doing a virtual visit?

Difficult to navigate. I used the toll free number because I had no internet access yet I was then instructed I had to go online anyhow. Then I was double billed for the service.

Wait time was long, provider was unable to connect to video, cough was misdiagnosed. I still had to end up seeing my PCP in the office and was prescribed antibiotics and prescription strength cough medicine. Telephone appointment seemed rushed.

I used MD Live for myself about 2 weeks ago, and was very sick, and told the doctor that I have a very high tolerance to medication so a normal dose of whatever he prescribed would not help me. He completely ignored me, and I stayed sick for several days even after I took the medication as prescribed. A week later we again used MD Live for my wife whom also got the flu, and again the doctor did not even listen to what my wife told him were the symptoms, and only prescribed something for her stomach instead of also treating her flu symptom. We tried to call back several times only to be told we could not be helped because 2 days or 48 hrs had expired after her onset of the flu, so I am very upset with your service...

I was having issues getting into my primary doctor, because she was out due to a medical issue of her own. So I utilized this service which is provided through my employer, first time I called it was on a Tuesday gave them my symptoms they ordered me an antibiotic. 5 days later I'm almost through my entire dose of antibiotics I called them back because I'm not getting any better. I get ahold of the second doctor he tells me is bronchitis and I'll just have to suffer through for the next 2 or 3 weeks there's nothing he can do. The next day I was able to get into my primary and have another doctor see me and I had pneumonia! In my opinion it was a very extreme misdiagnosis by the 2nd doctor that tried to tell me it was nothing more than bronchitis.

It was a waste of money. The Dr didn't spend much time asking questions before saying I should get an EKG. I went to a real doctor and got much better results with a $3 prescription.
