When a UTI started causing kidney pain, I was really scared from what I was reading online and the dangers, however I really wanted to avoid visiting Urgent Care or ER during COVID, especially without insurance. I was panicking, scared, and concerned how I would get medicine without seeing a doctor. My fiance found MDLive and within minutes I was on the phone with a doctor. He calmed my nerves and was able to help, even at 1am in his time zone. So grateful for this service. Honestly saved me so much time, money, and stress.

Never leave home. Weekends don’t matter. Late nite still have drs in a timely manner. Quick no long wait time at a drs waiting room. Get meds no bunch of test to jack up the bill. My insurance even covered the copay this time.

MD Live is a very good alternative to going to the doc when you don't have symptoms that require looking at personally. It is good to have a thermometer reading and O2 reading. If you have BP issues probably a BP reading would be helpful for them. They have helpful suggestions. I have used them several times with positive outcome/improvement in health, and find that some of the MDLIVE docs from other areas of the world have a little more holistic approach (such as recommending inhaling essential oils like eucalyptus for respiratory issues) vs just prescribing meds. I find this helpful.

What a godsend to have MDLive available to handle straightforward medical matters without the hassle of a doctor's visit. They were efficient, thorough, and gave me exactly the treatment I needed. Wow.
