I set up my profile, gave my symptoms. My wait time was less than 2 minutes. The doctor was very helpful and professional. Prescribed me a prescription

Video Doc inline of Urgent Care
This was only my second experience with a video medical appointment. in this case the need didn't require my PCP so I went with the "pool" of docs available and my pre-screening answers clearly directed me to a physician appropriate for my ailment. Because of the screening info requested and shared I felt comfortable that advice I'd be given would be appropriate to my circumstances. The whole call took less time then it would have taken me to drive to an Urgent Care facility and get checked in, let alone seen. And I did all this from the comfort of my home. I can see this as a great tool to deal with many issues that previously would have taken me out of the house.

Prescription Refill
Had a prescription that needed to be refilled from a local doctor. I had no problem getting it refilled through MDLive. I made an appointment and I was called back on time. I would use it again.
